Responsibilities

• Daily recording of all financial transactions
• Issuing invoices to clients
• Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
• Performing account reconciliations
• Reviewing expenditures of the company such as petty cash expenses
• Assisting with asset audits, as necessary
• Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor

Requirements

• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Greek)
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Math and numeracy skills
• Knowledge of financial accounting
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant accounting software packages (Soft1, Xero, Quickbooks, Elorus)
• In-depth understanding of financial reporting principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team
