We are currently looking for an Office Administrator who will ensure that everything runs smoothly every day. This means that you take over the day-to-day management of the office and part of the administration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for our external and internal stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as required
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Order IT and other equipment and perform day to day troubleshooting in communication with our IT support
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors; Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork, office setup, and orientation; Maintain employee records and update HR systems
  • Review and process vendor invoices in collaboration with the finance team
  • Support the local General Manager and the Management team
  • Drive team building activities and contribute to a healthy and happy work culture
  • Support our Head of Communications with daily correspondence on social media and recurring social media posts or as needed


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Proficient in office software and communication tools
  • Super organised and self-sufficient when it comes to getting things done
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excited to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with young people
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in Greek and English
