Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Social Media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform-specific dashboards to extract actionable insights and suggest growth based on data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests (eg. creatives, ad copies, landing pages, targeting strategies etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver within allocated spending.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel).
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager on setting up tracking of campaigns.
  • Expertise in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Greek & English.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and a data-driven mindset.
