We’re on the hunt for a Publisher Support Agent who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and jump into a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with senior account managers and collaborate with various teams to ensure our publishers are always supported and thriving. From troubleshooting issues to ensuring everything runs smoothly, you'll play a key role in making things happen!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations (optional).
  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager or DoubleClick for Publishers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Greek).

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize ad inventory and delivery to maximize revenue.
  • Troubleshoot ad serving issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding campaign performance and delivery.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in ad operations.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
