We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to identify and develop strategic business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, and drive growth initiatives to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in expanding OCM’s business network across CEE, MEA and the US.
  • Work as part of the broader Business Development team to drive great results.
  • Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new sales opportunities with a focus on international markets.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Prepare financial and technical proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Leverage reporting tools to deliver performance summaries and insights to clients.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue potential effectively.
  • Travel as needed to build and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in sales or Business Development.
  • Experience in selling from Greece to international markets is a plus.
  • Background in Ad Tech or Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to digital platforms and sales tools.
  • Media experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the digital space or working for a tech/platform-based company selling technological solutions.
  • Familiarity with business development in CEE, MEA and the US.
  • Experience using platforms for lead qualification and marketing automation is an asset.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, team player, and motivated to succeed.
