We are currently looking for a Digital Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across multiple markets. You will focus on acquiring and expanding advertisers across OCM’s regions, providing them with access to the global inventory of Outbrain and OCM Marketplace.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure high-value clients, strengthen existing relationships, and contribute to our international expansion efforts. 

The ideal candidate will preferably be based in Athens.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to identify and secure new enterprise clients across various markets, focusing on those with high annual revenue potential.
  • Identify and engage new clients through discovery sessions to understand their needs, create tailored proposals aligned with Outbrain's best practices, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Oversee and optimize export clients' performance, propose growth strategies, and act as the main point of contact for global and regional best practices from Outbrain.
  • Proactively upsell and expand business within existing multinational accounts, driving increased usage of Outbrain’s platform across target markets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in digital advertising.
  • A deep understanding of marketing and advertising KPIs, supported by a BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Comfortable in sales and strategic account management, with a proven ability to engage clients with substantial revenue potential.
  • Experience in various industries such as Travel, Healthcare, Fintech, Ecommerce, Tech startups and Tourism.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships while successfully navigating diverse market dynamics.
